SECTION 35 is an Indigenous-owned streetwear label based in Vancouver, B.C., founded in 2014 and officially launched in 2016. The name itself references Section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 — the part of Canada’s Constitution that “recognizes and affirms the existing aboriginal and treaty rights of the aboriginal peoples of Canada.”
